世界最大のコーシャ食材展示会『kosher fest2022』がニュージャージー州シコーカスで開催され、KLBDブースにて、弊社のエディブルフラワーなど展示していただきました。洗わずに食べられるだけでなく、日持ちがするから海外にも持っていくことが可能です。見た目で色んな方の注文を浴びたようで、特にパティシエの方々からデコレーションで使いたいとお声がけいただきました。これを機に輸出に繋がると良いなぁ。
